The Email Marketing Scorecard

This report for interactive marketers explains how to assess your email marketing capabilities as well as the quality of the user experience for recipients of your marketing emails. Like Forrester's other heuristic review methodologies, it uses a -2 to +2 scale. Applying it identifies internal processes to improve and helps you humanize your email experiences. (This report updates Forrester's email marketing review methodology originally created in 2007 and most recently revised in "The New Email Marketing Review" on July 14, 2010. It incorporates the new ways that email integrates with other interactive marketing tools.)
